How to get up in the morning
I feel most productive when its quiet. This has made me a night owl, which is fine because I like late night walks, but it sucks because I also like getting sunlight.
Here's how I'll fix it: My watch, which I use for running, wakes me up. My phone is in the other corner of my room with an alarm going off five minutes after my watch wakes me up. If I don't get up, it will annoy my roommate who also sleeps in late.
I used to keep my phone on the bed, which was great for taking notes, but also very distracting. From now on, I will use a physical notebook that I can touch and smell.
I can't wait to become a morning person.
